Title: Design a stage.
Post by: The Riddler on December 19, 2007, 09:29:15 PM
Well, we will have a "Build a Stage" mode, will we not?

So come up with some ideas for stages!

Here is mine.

It's one way out. I call it the Brawl Chamber.

This is for people who just wanna pummel the hell out of eachother.

It'd be a stage best fit for One-Stock matches or Timed matches to see who can get the most kills.

Red represents hot plates... no touchy.
The brown is a platform you can't drop through.
The blue occasionally opens, bob-ombs build up in there (this probably won't be doable in build-a-stage mode)

Unless this forum allows for direct uploading.

Basically, just a tiny platform in the middle of the stage.

I have a few...

Imagine a box covered in spikes, you would barely be able to attack or defend. (It is for Coin Matches)

Or a long pillar, it would be a king of the mountain sorta thing.

I got this one from someone else But I don't remember who...

Just a group of ladders and if you didn't have the fly ability you have no chance of winning!

You can't rotate in that, but that can help people if they need it.

there's a little arrow thingamabob
it rotates from right to left, but doesn't flip upsidedown, but you wouldn't really need to anyway

You need to be able to flip horizontally and vertically, and rotate, to fit on walls (like my drawing above with the spikes on the ceiling and wall)

And this one is called City of Crag....y'know from SPM....

that thing thats hard to see is a rock...the picture is a bit too big...but rocks constantly roll down, the whole level is a slope, and the one platform disapears and reappears...

The gray bars below the spikes are handle bars the purple platfroms move to the pink platforms
and the yellow circles are where the players begin

Really it is pretty hard to see those colors on the white background here. You have a different background?
