What do you think about the 360's graphical powers and the Wii's innovation advancement? What system will produce better games? Do graphics really matter?
I like the Wii more. The 360 Elite is a great system, but I still like the Wii and its games more.
360. wii's games get too boring and lame, 360's games last.
Wii.
I personally like both systems equally. I have a 360 and the Wii. I like the 360 since it's backwards compatible, it has Xbox live arcade, it has a good online service, and it's been out longer. I enjoy playing the Nintendo Wii because it's the first system I have been wowed by since the Nintendo DS came out. Both systems are great overall.
gameplay is way better than graphics.
the game may have good graphics, but the gameplay could also suck ass. (sonic 360)
where as another game's graphic's are not as good, while the gameplay is amazing. ( Mario Galaxy)
yeah i'll take gameplay. :)

yeah exactly, but halo and COD4 kicks as*
Gameplay is 10x better, but graphics always rock
Wii FTW

True dat, :)
But it's just shooting....
I like platformers, with a new twist....
Here's an example.
In most FPS's, you get a gun, shoot people, take vehicles, etc.
But platformers, wow.
Jumping from planet to planet (Galaxy)
Doing loops, defying gravity, (Sonic)
FPS's get boring after a while sinnce it's pretty much the same every time....
But platformers...;)
Wii60 >_<
It's all a matter of Opinion.
I don't care about graphics...
What I do care about is "Gameplay",
and I feel that the Wii fills more of that void then any other system out currently.
*sighs*
I'm just waiting very patiently for SSBB though.
*which happens to have great graphics and awesome gameplay*
Xbox 360 has good games. But a lot of games, even some of the good ones, are just rehashes of old games. Halo 3, Project Gothem Racing 3, Gears of War, Grand Theft Auto IV, Conker, and so on. (note that sequels (original and non-original) are not always bad. It always depends on what the game can bring to the series)
Wii may not be capable of producing the prettiest graphics, but it has shown that it can produce come kick-ass ones. Super Mario Galaxy and No More Heroes for example. The Wii is not what is limiting the graphics of the games, it's the lazy developers.
Beyond that, Wii can give us something PS3 and 360 cannot: Motion sensing game play. Yeah, PS3's controller can be a steering wheel, but can it be a sword? Gun? Broom stick? No, not in any stretch of the imagination.
It is not as simple as 360's graphics verses Wii's innovation. 360 can have innovative games, while some games on Wii are boring ans the most uninnovative thing we've ever seen.
Also, graphics can mean a lot. I think we can agree that a game with no jaggies and blocky characters looks better than a game like SM64, with tons of that. But what about graphic style? People forget the graphic styles today. Galaxy is a perfect example of using your imagination to produce a innovative and immersion graphic style. Also, Sonic Rush on DS. It looks amazing. The blurring and use of all different kinds of colors is amazing.
