Title: I need something for linux what is it

It is software i need to install things, idk what it's name is and thats all i know about it, you need ti to install thing into ubutnu.....anyone know what im talking about???  if so let me know what it is and maybe a link to a download...

idk what im talking about.........
i was going to install divers software....but i cant install it without a program and i dont know what it is

A driver doesn't need any program to be installed. I'm convinced you're thinking of the Synaptic Package Manager, which allows you to install non-free drivers.
