Um...what? You download the rom in a .zip file, and run the .zip in an emulator. No questions asked. Windows shouldn't be trying to interfere.

Dude you serious... I dont use emulators anymore but I knew that i needed and emulator to play a ROM(I beat FE 6 and 4 with em, as well as chorno trigger)
