I'm getting XP for my birthday...
in six months ;_;
Or you could keep Vista and wait for the rest of the world to catch up.
I'm wondering why you didn't see it coming. Just about every new computer has Vista, unless you built the machine yourself.

Neither do I, really. Except for the fact that some of the programs I use don't work, I have had no problems with Vista besides the "Do you want do this?" crap.

New computer.
New OS.
Most likely good hardware (you didn't tell us specs, so I'm guessing)
I don't see the problem.
