can i make a thread about how I can return orange box to a store? W/O THE FLAMING AND LOCKING U FANBOYS. my heart belongs to halo 3, ddr, galaxy, COD4, DBZ:BT3, and other games, so sorry if orange box isn't right for me.

If you're talking about the PS3 or 360 version, yes you could.
If you registered the PC version, no chance.

Find the receipt and return it to Gamestop
And I doubt you could return a game without a receipt to a game store at full price
