You probably saw this in NSiders 2, but I thought I'd put it here as well.

No, since they got the tech support forum up it's still legal. It's a dumb loophole. Problem is there is little/no one on there, since it is all tech questions. You're better off searching a place like IGN for better tech support (since Nintendo and all other major companies are slow and relatively unhelpful IMO)

It's a loophole since they have the tech forum up now (not that it does any good with no members X_X)
