Title: Share but not care
Post by: WiinolikePS3 on January 02, 2008, 10:53:09 AM
Whenever you create a "what r u listening to?" thread, deep down inside, you know that you're really just posting to brag to the world about what you're listening to, but you don't really care what anyone else is listening to.

Well, maybe not brag, but the truth is, you don't really care about other people's lives that much.

"What r u doin for Christmas Eve?"

You only make that thread to tell everyone what you're doing, but you don't really care too much about what other people are doing.

I may be heartless, but that seems to be the case.

And that's why I don't make those kinds of threads or even post in them.  If I really care I actually PM the person I want to talk to.  I had over 600 users on my friends list on the original Nsider.  Even today I get 200-300 PMs a day :P

It takes effort to care and have friends.  Most people are lazy and self centered.

If I ever posted one of those threads, I'd do it to kill time, and see if it would start some kind of conversation. :P
