Okay, so I'm almost finished with mah take-home test.
But...this problem's either too hard, or I'm just not caring about math.
Either way, halp.
(x-5)/([x/5]-[5/x])
If you can't understand that, the denominator is x/5 - 5/x, and the top is x-5.
What are you trying to find? ( I think I actually know how to do this problem. :P)
Ok, so you were just simplifying it? Okay, I guess that makes sense for Pre-Calculus work.
Nevermind, I got it. :P
uhh... work x/5-5/x into one fraction, factor that numerator, then you should be able to simplify the entire fraction.
wait! dont go D: i need help too!:
1+1=?
D: *scratches head* hmmm...
I got 5x/(x+5) as the answer, so if you didn't get that, then you might want to check your work. ;) Otherwise, good work. :P

Pre-calc? I assume you're in 11th grade? I go be taking pre-calc this year, if my school wasn't set up to make me take it next year. That, and my school's set up for me to take Geometry and Algerba II this year. I took Algerba II last year, though.
