Dude you need to save it as a .cur not just type it yourself. Download the program greenfish it's free and then open the image up in that program then go to save as and make it a .cur file. Then step up an account on hotlinkfiles.com for free and upload the file there. Once you do all that then you can use it.
Or I could do it for you once I get home from work :P

It IS a .cur, I uploaded it as one to hotlinkfiles, if that one's a .png, that should be from PhotoBucket.

Im having the same problem, though i dl'ed Greenfish or w/e saved as cur, but then it came out all distorted... would any please help me out too? :S
