My workout consists of sleeping, eating a lot, and exercising my fingers.
not really...besides necessary things like going to school and stuff.
Simply put, no. There's PE in school, but that's it.
On random days I'll go downstairs and do two hours of nothing but 8 footers.

in the summer I exercise alot, but our summer only lasts 4 months.

I regularly walk, run and every now and then I do some situps/push ups. I wouldn't consider myself muscular but I'm healthy and am reasonably fit.
Yesterday I busted my ass at the gym and lost over 1 thousand colories MHUHAHAHA. Today I did nothing sense I was to tired and to busy.
