Wouldn't characters from TurboGrafx , Sega Saturn, and Sega Genesis get into Brawl too?

Even though the games that are put on the VC are property of nintendo now...the characters arent...
kinda sorta...doesn't really mean anything since Sonic is already in...
We got Sonic so...I dunno.
