I hit post, and go to wash dishes. When I'm finished, I get this.

My post has been delayed for 15 minutes! So I hit Post, and get this.

Do this:

Profile->Look and Layout preferences->Don't warn on new replies made while posting.

Check that box. ;)

There's an option in look & layout options that disables this.
