One thing: take more VITAMINS!

Also, get plenty of rest, drink plenty of fluids, yadda, yadda.

And take a nasal decongestant while you're at it.

That should help you get better.

Personally, I've never actually combated illness. Unless it's serious, I let my body combat the sickness itself.
