And kept them off the home consoles?  Discuss.

That wouldn't make a lick of sense.
The Wii is a party console.
The DS... not so much.

Yeah, and if you don't have wi-fi, it would be hard to share 1 DS.

Well I dont think that will happen, To me that would kinda suck, I have a DS but i would rather play them on the Wii than on the Ds, easier to play because  of a bigger screen

I'd be fine with that. Although I don't like Mario party games.

I haven't played it on the DS (or the Wii, wow, I'm behind  :robotsurprised:) but it wouldn't make too much sense to make it exclusive to the portable systems, because every time I've had the opportunity to play Mario party, I was at a friend's house, and we were all incredibly bored, with our DS (Gameboy advance at the time, thank you, around the time of Golden Sun was the last time I played Mario Party >.<) nowhere to be found.

The graphics won't really look polished on the DS because the DS has 32-bit graphics and the N64 has 64-bit graphics. Take Diddy Kong Racing for example: Diddy looks REALLY shiny on the N64 version, but he's not shiny at all on the DS version.

But I don't think Nintendo should put Mario Party on DS permanently. Mario Party is getting old now. They need to make more platforming Mario games for the DS instead.

I'm not sure, I don't think that I'd really mind anyways....

I LOVED Mario Party 1-3, but after that I lost interest... The same feeling wasn't there. :(
