Title: Any good, yet somewhat affordable graphics card?
Post by: Rayquarian on January 08, 2008, 06:54:37 PM
I'm only 15, so I can't go save up enough money to buy a graphics card.  I could probably save up enough to buy a cheap one under $200, but that'd take all year, considering I only get $24 a month.  I won't be able to get a job until my birthday in late September.  Maybe if I beg enough, someone just might get me a decent graphics card...if it's reasonably price, and even if they don't I need to have an idea of what I could get if I somehow get ahold of a lot of money.

Do you have PCI, PCI-express, or AGP ports avalable on your motherboard?
People'd need to know that to help.
Also, a decent one's prolly gonna be $100-150+....

My model has:
Dimension E520-specific:  Intel PentiumĀ®  D and Core 2 Duo processor options, eight USB ports, and four slots (one x16 PCIe, one x1 PCIe and two PCI)\

So that's PCI and PCI-express, right?

get a job
I can't.  Where I live, no one will hire you unless you're 16+, which is why I have to wait until my birthday.
