I just got a new controller for my GCN and it has special things like extra grip, smoother control sticks, etc... But anyway, it has a button that says Turbo and as an example say I held down A and pressed Turbo, from then on if I hold down A it will act as if I'm rapidly pressing A, it works with any button. So with the mechanics of SSBM in mind, how can I take advantage of this?
Ways I've Found So Far - Being able to easily shoot with Fox's blaster, easy De-synching with Ice Climbers (This is the best thing I've found because IC's are my main)

Unlimited superscope glitch.
Nothing that is legal in tourneys, but just random stuff like that.
Samus' Charged Blast. If you want a rapid fire of small ones, use B with turbo, and if you want a big one, use it WITHOUT turbo! ;)
*just looked at his controller*
hey....my chameleon controller i bought a bit ago has a turbo button as well...i think im gonna go try that out
CHEATERS! >:(

they are the same speed as the C-Stick, because with Turbo enabled, when you do a smash attack it releases it instantly

true
but it is far easier to just do the smash quickly than to have to reache down and hit the c stick....there must be a combo that incorporates this

BTW I've been learning how to turn it off and on quickly to different combos and stuff, I got DK in an infinite lock with fox where I used my reflector and then short hopped and used my dair and then repeated it was cool
WAIT I just realised we can use this to shoot all the targets at the end of 1-player!

i just got to the master hand
hang on a sec
i got 150ish
man... i stil suck at that thing

If you think it is hard to reach down and hit the c-stick, you must have really small hands. Or you don't know the fact that you can move your palm around. C-stick makes everything easier.
Anyway, I don't see this as very useful, but I don't really know the Mechanics of it. If I'm SHLing can I hit like, the turbo button or something, to stop the laser firing? Not to mention can I be doing something else once I start it?

well the controller i have for my gamecube is about xbox size cause i like it that way
and its quicker for me just to use that a button and control stick to smash.
but if you are doing a combo, you could enter turbo fromt he way its set up on my conrtrller

Yes you can stop the laser while SHing but you have to hold down A (or whatever buton is on turbo) and press turbo to turn it off and on, and yes you can do something else when you start it but I don't see what that would do...
Bump

That can't be possible. L-Cancel is the only one right?
rofl, i have a "Special talent" where I put stress on the tendons in my arm and vibrate my hand...and I do it on a button....
I found out I can hit a button faster than turbo when I do this... :P
