Mage/Sage/Arch Sage: Soren, Tormod, sanaki (i count her as an arch sage since she uses magic)

Thief/Assasin/Rogue/Whisper: Volke, Sothe
Knight/General/Marshall: Gatrie,Tauroneo,Brom

priest: laura(priest with black hair, WOOT)

Swordsmaster: Edward(awesome unit IMO)
mounted: Haar(he has a BLACK dragon, wears an eye patch, and is just cool, I mean, what more could you want?) Titania(more like tanktania) Tanith(even though for a while I thought she was a dude)

edward, Nolan, and leonardo all have normal clothes, hair colour....
