That's Elincia's Gambit right? I had trouble with that level, too. I had Ellincia heal people with physic. And Marcia and Haar use hit and run tactics on the enemies. Put Brom in that spot where the enemies climb up. Might want to have Calill weaken them with meteor, too. When Geoffrey gets there Have him distract people or go after the boss. By that time you probably won't have many allied units left, but if they're plugging the 2 flanking entrances, tell them to halt and then use hit and run tactics and long range attacks.
