K, so on /b/ there was a thread where mikami randomly posted future posts to die of heart attacks, well by chance on my first try an image i found on google makes it as the only one to die of a heart attack successfully, and now people are trying to force it as a meme, oh, and im not saving pics of the actual meme.

Not surprising. I see just about everything trying to be forced as a meme these days. Not a bad prediction, though it would've been cooler if you didn't predict so darn many future posts.
