Yeah right.  In your dreams.

I'd rather have a macbook because I already have an awesome PC, but I'd much rather have a good tablet notebook.

I guess if you travel a lot, don't need an optical drive, don't care for the slower processor, and can afford it I guess go for the MacBook Air. But since I don't travel and I'd only really be using it on my bed I'll go for a MacBook with 2 Gigs of RAM, 2.2GHz, 120 Gig HDD, AppleCare Protection Plan, and maybe a basic member ship to .Mac and it'd be $31.05 cheaper than the basic MacBook Air. ^_______________^

I'd rather go with the thousands of other PC notebooks that have twice that processor and are half the price.

Or better...Linux.

And to the thread starter, Macbook. The air is overpriced, crappy, and you don't need the extra power of the Pro unless you're gaming or doing Photoshop and Aperture stuff.

If I had to choose, I would choose the option that I already have a laptop that I commonly use.

I would probably snap the MacBook Air in half because it looks less durable than a piece of paper.
