Rendering just doesnt want to work for me in Gimp, I hear its easier/better in PS, plus I may use it for other things.
Also, did you know the newest Gimp views PSD's and use Photoshop brushes :0.
Now I have to wonder if you're actually worth breaking the law for.
Nope, my Photoshop is legal. It really is much better.

The only major difference (IMO) is the interface isn't a pain in the ass. Otherwise, the differences are only apparent if you're an extreme photographer using it in addition to Lightroom or Aperture.
