Lanky Kong is a distant cousin of the kongs who has appearred in DK64 and the new DK racing game.
*Why I think he deserves a spot*
He's is very original, I mean can you name any one like him. He just appeared in the new DK racing game for the Wii. He was very popular in DK64, his first appearance. He needs more represtation, being, IMO, the coolest kong ever. He's also very stretchy.
:'( He has about a 27% chance of being in. (the low chances make me sad)
Reasons against him:
Dixie kong deserves to be in more than him.
Dixie is just like Diddy but she has a different costume, she's a girl, she doesn't have as much stuff as Diddy , and her hair makes her fly. Lanky is much more original than her.
He's third party.
That right there flabbergasts me. He's owned by nintendo, he is from Donkey Kong, he was just released in a wii game that doesn't include rare at all. You need to do some studying before you come out and say something like that.
*Moveset & stats*

aaa: left jab right jab double barrel thrust.
dashing a: charges with the rocket bongos.
>/< a: uses his arm like a whip.
^ a: whips upward
V a: crouches and whips his arm on the ground like a snake.
b: uses grape shooter
b >/<: does a handstand and if you hold you can keep it longer and when you let go he kicks the nearest opponent.
B V: throws grenades
B ^: blows up like a balloon
second jump: uses his arms like a jump rope and gradually rises
FS: the stage turns into a barrel, Lanky gets on his hands and recieves super speed, he gets the ability to walk on walls, his grape gun gets in his mouth, and he simply runs around the walls and ceiling of the barrel shooting with extra strength homing grapes and the occasional grenade falls out of his pocket.
Taunt 1: stretches his arms out to the side and then snaps them back in.
Taunt 2: puts his hands on the back of his head leands back sways to each side growning.
Taunt 3: jumps in a character barrel and pops out looking refreshed.
entrance: flys in on his rocket bongos.
alt. costume: Manky Kong
27% chance? I'd go for 25%. Just because it's more even.

It's an expression... When people say even, they either mean multiples of two(literal) or, 25, 50, 75, 100, 125 etc. The expression has been around since the 1940's...

Sorry, but Dixie would get in first, Lankey's chances are definately less than 25%, and the rocket barrels are really Diddy's thing.
But, if he were to get in, I think his FS should be his Trombone attack from DK64. That's something that really made me mad about Diddy: instead of having his Electric Guitar as his FS, they made it just a combo of his B and Up B. VERY disappointing.

See, everyone uses Dixie when I think she's just diddy without the cool and stuff and the addition of a propeller/ ponytail. And if all there FS's were musical instruments that'd be lame, I like differnce in people FSs. And I'm talking about the rocket bongo's from that new DK racing wii game, not the barrels diddy uses.

And there's no way to get around it, Dixie is MUCH more deserving than Lanky...

Before you say something read! I said that she's basically a female diddy without the cool stuff and the additiong of a propeller like pony tail. And besides I heard somewhere already that she is already an alternate color for Diddy.
