Title: Quick Tip for getting out of those "Slow" periods.
Post by: WiinolikePS3 on January 24, 2008, 04:31:48 PM
Before you all make a joke about my word choice, lemme explain what I mean.

Ever had a day, when either you haven't played for a week, and you SUCK, or your fingers are really cold and slow?

I had a day like this today. However, I found a way that works (For me, at least) to get you back at your prime without playing for an hour straight (While sucking. Playing for an hour at your best is pretty much what you normally do.)

What I did, is I went online, and first watched a few people FC some Expert songs. Then, I watched some Hyperspeed x5 vids. Then, I watched the SUPERspeed vids. Then, I played it, and after about 15 minutes of playing, I was back at my best, and I was finally able to beat Stricken on Expert.

Hope this helps. It sure does for me...  :D

There's only one part that kills me... whatever it is right before Rampaging Dragons.

I failed at 74%.

I've only beaten it once... but I still've beat it. ^__^

@This thread: Good advice. I might try it some time.

I just play Helicopter on Expert. It warms me up. It's almost easier than Bulls on Parade. :P

I also use Cliffs of Dover to warm up. It's my favorite song in the game, so that really helps.
