Wireless router... That answer it?
I can use either the Wired Ethernet in the house, or I can get on with my uncle's laptop through the use of the Wireless Access Point in my room (Though, its still connected to my computer in my room, so technically, it's still wired.)
wired, because my router's not working right.
Wireless router... ;D

In all honesty, I connect wirelessly on one computer, wired on the other.
Wireless.

FiOS is faster than I need
Wired right now. My laptop is wireless.
I'm wired. My whole house has been wired up, so every room but the bathrooms have at least one ethernet port.
I chose other because it's not only a wireless router I use, but it's a modem. So I could use wireless OR wired from a single, really fast modem that can handle many connections.
And I get the service through Quest! Yippie!Quote from: Silverhawk79 on January 25, 2008, 01:23:43 PM

Same. But it's not like you need more than one in a room anyway..

Your ISP has nothing to do with it. I have Comcast, and I have both a wired and 802.11g connections. Only because I have a wireless router, not a certain ISP.
EDIT: Jesus Christ, learn how to close your tags.

Tell that to my basement. Five computers, an Xbox 360, and a Wii.

Are all of those on at once? xD
No, but it shows we need more than one port there.

If they aren't on, then no it doesn't >>
It's not uncommon for three computers plus the 360 or Wii to be connected at the same time. Right now I'm here, my sister is browsing the internet, and my brother is playing CoD4 online.

Can I have the Wii?
Currently connected wirelessly to a router that relays a DSL signal throughout the house.
