Okay, Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley made a comment recently about Rudy Guiliani's recent drop-out of the race, saying this,"It was his New Yorker attitude about Iowa that made him do bad enough to drop out of the race.", which is true, and I agree with him. Guiliani never gave a s*** about Iowa and I'm glad it backfired on him on the first place, since Guiliani actually said "he was going to onto more important states than Iowa".
But here comes that part that p***ed me off as much as Guiliani blatantly ignoring Iowa completely...
A New York paper strikes back by saying stuff like, "Grassley is a Hick", or "he's an idiot", and other stuff that's far from true, unlike what Grassley said. And Grassley was right. Well, I hope that those people get reprimanded, because the person that said stuff like that about Grassley is pretty much what they said, seeing as Grassley is a competent Senator.
I hope that many New Yorkers learn a lesson here soon. And this is why we Iowans aren't too fond of many New Englanders in the first place.
And, on a last word, don't give me any crap about how biased I may seem right now, because I'm not. The thing is I can recognize a moronic statement and a truthful statement most of the time.
He's stupid for missing out on the Iowa Caucus anyway.

I can honestly say that even though I live only a couple states away from Iowa, I always forget about it.
Not as bad as Utah or New Mexico though.
north dakota is just a myth.
Guiliani was a pretty bad candidate anyway, so I'm glad he's out of the race.
And since when did a NYC newspaper report anything true? :P
I usually always forget about Iowa...
Like I forgot to count 13 when I was five.
None the less,he wasn't the greatest candidate.
how could you forget 13? :'(

I don't hate ALL new Yorkers... I don't think any New Yorkers here are the type I hate... it's just some that live in NYC have a strange opinion of us being retarded hicks or something. That's the type of new yorker I hate.Quote from: Tuppyluver1 on January 31, 2008, 05:41:25 PM

<_< maybe not to you... but it does exist to me. Think of where you get a lot of your Ethanol or Corn, and possibly soybeans too, and then you might think of Iowa.

Relax, it's a joke. I'm happy Guiliani won't be president.

Now to worry about McCain.
By "more important states," I think he meant Florida. All well, don't be sad. He spent almost all of his money in Florida trying to get the Republican vote, and only got 15% of it. :D I don't care who you are, if you're a human with a logical thinking process, then you know that was a huge mistake.

IDK what's with the candidates. I don't like any of the Republicans and the Democrats have a woman and a half-black guy as their mains (not racist against blacks entirely, just the "stereotypical gangsta" blacks) or sexist)

Yeah. But, McCain won't be as bad as Guiliani, that's for sure :D
-New York isn't in New England
-Guiliani was going to drop out anyway due to senators from NY never getting into office due to a curse.
-Iowa is no more important than any other state....so who cares?
Are you saying that states that don't touch Oceans have civilization? ( Joking )
Hmm... That guy sounded like a total jerk. Each state is different, but has the the overall value. Heck, even Alaska is useful with all it's oil.
