I know I'm gonna get lots of flames for this, so just let me say this up front:
THE TITLE OF THE THREAD IS A JOKE. SAKURAI IS AWESOME.
Okay, anyway, this is a place where you can post all the characters and their movesets that didn't make it into Brawl but you think deserved to make it. You can also post movesets of characters that did get in but where just clones.
Here's mine:
Bowser Jr.
Standard= Paint Slap= swings paintbrush to hurt enemy
Up= Helicopter= rapidly spins brush above head to injure opponents and fly into the air
Side= Fire Ball= like Luigi's B, but red and is shot from mouth
Down= Graffiti= splats a random graffiti on the ground below that lasts for 5 seconds; brown slows down people who touch it, black is slippery, and orange or teal/yellow hurts enemies
Final Smash= Mecha Bowser= Mecha Bowser comes up in the background to shoot fire, missiles, and lasers at random locations on the stage
Toon Link
Standard= Ice Arrow= like Link's B; if charged long enough, it freezes enemies for 1 second
Up= Deku Leaf= like Peach's Up B, but with his leaf
Side= Bombchu= throws a bombchu that crawls forward until it hits something
Down= Hurricane Spin= like older Link's Up B, but doesn't act as third jump
Final Smash= Ballad of Gales= uses Wind Waker to cause tornados that swirl around the screen, damaging opponents and tossing them into the air
Ganondorf
Standard= Warlock Blade= like his old B, but hits the enemy with his sword instead of his fist
Up= Gerudo Blast= an enemy-damaging explosion of magic sends him flying upward
Side= Twilight Blade= slashes his blade to send a wave of dark energy
Down= Wizard Shield= like Lucas' Down B
Final Smash= Ganon= turns into Ganon (monster) for ten seconds; while Ganon, all you can do is run and jump, but you're invincible and everyone you touch is greatly injured
Mewtwo
Standard= Shadow Ball= same as he already had
Up= Teleport= same as he already had
Side= Psycho Cut= a slash of psychic energy that can be used repeatedly to make a combo, like Marth/Roy's Side B; if it goes all the way to a fourth slash, the psychic blade flies forward as a projectile
Down= Barrier= creates a psychic wall of energy right in front of himself; each wall is as tall as Mewtwo, half as strong as a normal shield, and there can be only 2 on the field at a time
Final Smash= Psycho Boost= all opponents are hit with 1 energy blast each; each blast is twice as strong as a full-powered Shadow Ball
Lucario
Standard= Aura Sphere= throws blue energy ball; hold to charge
Up= Extreme Speed= does a Fox Illusion-style attack diagonally upwards
Side= Metal Claw= like Bowser's Side B
Down= Counter= gets in a fighting pose to counter an attack
Final Smash= Close Combat= grabs the nearest opponent and rapidly punches them
Falco
Standard= Gatling Gun= hold B to shoot very rapidly, but it overheats after 3 seconds
Up= Jet Boots= similar to Diddy's Up B, but they can't be knocked off and he goes higher
Side= Sniper Rifle= a powerful, quick shot; takes one second to recover after shooting
Down= Sensor Bomb= plants a bomb that makes a large explosion when touched; can only have one on the field at a time
Final Smash= Arwing= Falco hops into an Arwing and flies towards the screen; a crosshair then appears as if Falco is watching from the Arwing, allowing the player to shoot powerful lasers at opponents for 5 seconds
Krystal
Standard= Fire Blast = shoots a fast fire blast from her staff; hold to charge
Up= Mystic Flash= surrounds herself in a quick, damaging blast of light, then teleports; she does another flash when she reappears
Side= Staff Smash = stabs forward with staff, and if it hits, she uses her staff to lift the enemy over her and slams them down behind her
Down= Krystal Crystal= makes a protective crystal around her; like Zelda's B
Final Smash= Saurian Prayer= a Saurian spirit appears and chases an opponent, disappearing when it hits someone or after 10 seconds; it moves slowly, but it is invincible and can pass through anything, and it instantly KOs the opponent it touches
Ray 01
Standard= Basic Gun= like Fox's B, but stronger and causes recoil
Up= Rayfall gun= shoots three blasts that go up, then seek out the nearest player
Side= Bomb= like Samus' B, but larger and slower
Down= Pods= releases two pods that fly slowly in random directions; if no one hits them in 5 seconds, they automatically explode; can't have more than two pods out at a time
Final Smash= Dragon Gun= shoots a huge, powerful Dragon-shaped blast that seeks the farthest opponent, injuring all else who get hit along the way
*Note= instead of an Up B jump, he can do up to 4 normal jumps; his Jump stat is 4/5
Sora
Standard= Magic Shot= shoots a random elemental blast straight forward; Firaga burns for extra damage, Blizzaga freezes the opponent solid for one second, and Thundaga creates a small electrical burst to hurt other opponents near the target
Up= Ars Arcanum= does three upward slashes, each one lifting Sora into the air
Side= Sonic Blade= quickly charges forward to hit opponent; if it hits, it can be done again with no delay time
Down= Aeroga= an air shield surrounds Sora; like Fox's vB, but does counter-damage for physical attacks instead of reflecting projectiles
Final Smash= Final Form= Sora transforms into Final Form, with silver suit and the dual keyblades Oathkeeper and Oblivion, for 15 seconds; while in this form, Sora's attack, jump, and speed are doubled
*Note= Sora has Glide ability (due to magic)

What's his side B and Down B? Also, I could have sworn I saw him use the same Side Smash as Mewtwo... but Lucario does have many better moves than Mewtwo.

Ashley
B- Wand (Like a non-flowery Lip's Stick)
B Down- Slams Redd down (like a vertical Kirby's Mallet)
B Up- Creative recovery magic move (Sakurai could have made it if he did this to Capt. Falcon)
B Smash- Casts a Hex on you
Final Smash- Grants Kids to Hell :O (search YouTube for WarioWare Touched subliminal message) Actually, she'd pull out her spell book and cast a spell that causes those Skull things to attack like Weezing does, but follows you and racks up damage fast.
K Rool
B- Throws crown like link throws boomerang
B Up - Blasts up with gun from DKC2 (charges up, 50% damage if full charge)
B Down - Jumps (stomp, comes down like kirby's B up, but not a recovery) like in DKC1
B Side - Punch like in DK64 (DK's B side, but not implanting them into the ground)
Grab- Like Samus and Link's special grabbing abilities, K Rool uses his gun from DKC2 to suck his opponents in, and shoots them out or at them with a cannonball)
Final Smash- KAOS comes down and does moves like in DKC3 (blades, burns with his exhaust, punching glove comes out). It lasts for 30 seconds.
Dixie
B- Heatbutt
B down - Uses her guitar finish from DKC2, 15% chance it stuns enemies
B Smash - Ponytail twirl (similar to Mario's tornado move, will act as parachute if falling)
B Up - Launches up with ponytail.
Final Smash- Calls in animal buddies, stampede of them

B: Finger Shot (Shoots a rapid fire stream of pellets at the foe)
Up B: Star Ride (Uses stars to lift himself up)
Down B: Geno Beam (Shoots a beam of magic at the enemy)
Side B: Geno Whirl (Shoots out spinning blades of magic)
Final Smash: Geno Flash (Turns into a cannon and blasts the stage)
heres miciah
Standard: Thani(shoots a ball of light at enemy, the heavier the enemy, the more powerful this attakc is)
B Up: Light(blasts a small explosion of light below Miciah, propelling her upward)
B Smash: Noseferatu(shots strings of light that do damage to the enemy, then return to Micaiah, and heal her)
B Down: (Sacrifice, this attack does damage to miciah, but is also extremely powerful, its comparable to Jiggly's rest, but with a larger hit box)
Final Smash: Rexaura(basically, a HUGE light attack that covers almost the entire field and does alot of damage)
Black knight
B move- charged vertical/horizontal slash (Very powerful, but slow as hell)
up B- warp Powder. (Best up B in game but does damage to himself)
Down b- super counter (Weak but can counter during entire stance and not just a second I.E marth's counter)
Side B- Energy slash (Raises alondite, and slashes downward causing a wave of energy to come out.)
Final Smash- Eclipse
Paralyzes random opponent, then the BK does 5 insanley powerful slices.
