He was smoking pot and my mom found out. He's 15 and in 9th grade. His grades are in the 50's and 60's for ALL of his classes and all he does at home is mouth off my mom, push her, throw things at her, order everyone around (tries to at least), whines, ninnyes, steals stuff from me and my mom such as MY CAR KEY, my swiss army knife, etc., and he somehow maintains friends who eat everything in the house, goes out whenever he wants and runs up 50-80 dollars a month JUST on text messages and yet my mom can never reach him. When he randomly shows up, he ninnyes for not having a meal ready for him but my mom couldn't contact him so he would get nothing and whines until my mom gives him money and then he leaves the house again.
His logic for anything is ridiculous if you can even call it logic. The other night my mom took away his wireless receiver for his computer.. so in turn he takes the router last night. So my mom still has internet but now I don't 'cause he's bein' a prick and naturally taking it out on me like ALWAYS! He took a present my girl had given me and wrecked it just earlier this week...
Now I won't be able to log on to my bank's website and manage my accounts, pay bills, etc. I can't stay in contact with friends now 'cause I'm on a completely different work/sleep schedule so I see people once a week AT MOST and now I can't even leave them messages anymore or reply.
So uh, when I had to waste my time with him last night I wound up having to hold him down 'cause he got violent again and this time I got a cut on my leg; last two times were my thumb and I forget where.
Anyways, I'm pretty mad off at all his nonsense and temper tantrums and he's interfering with my life now and I'm just about to lose it. How am I posting this? Somehow connected to a neighbor's network for the time being.
So... this is just me ranting about what's only the tip of the iceberg that is my brother's wrath.. and explaining I may disappear from here due to the circumstances.. I'm probably not dead... unless he finds another pocket knife that he'll kill me with in my sleep before my mom finds it and confiscates it. ~_~

To clarify, he hasn't cut me with a knife yet.. just while restraining him, I have a loose grip on him so I don't hurt him.. he just gets too outta control I have to hold him down a little bit.. and since he still has enough freedom to move.. he winds up hitting my arms or hands against something and in the process I get a little cut that bleeds only a little.
We're pretty sure he's an up and coming sociopath. My grand-dad was similar.. he had trouble keeping jobs 'cause he rubbed people the wrong way.
I don't know how he turned out this way but if I touch him (hurt him) then he's getting what he wants. He wants me to punch him in the face (told me so himself) so he can call the police on me and get me kicked out and in jail. If I leave any marks on him, I'm done for. :(

So... yeah... until my mom decides enough is enough... there's gonna be more of this to deal with... so until something REALLY extreme happens.. like if he pushes my mom and she falls or he hurts me badly enough that it ca count for something...
I hate this. Work mid-afternoon to late-night, up all night/morning, sleep at 6 until mid-afternoon, then work... and when I'm home, it's just dealing with all this nonsense.. I have no escape.. I don't trust him here 'cause he'll wreck/steal more of my stuff...
And I never see my friends.. augh... x_x

I think it's time to change up your schedule a little bit, if you can.
Also, Visine in whatever he's drinking will give him the shets for massive damage.
That way there's no markings, but he's still crapping his pants at school.
Then again, that may not be a great idea.
get your mother to threaten to kick him out of the house if he continues his poopty behavior.

bring a recorder with you, record him saying something that incriminates him, use it as blackmail against him.
get a lock for your door.
Ask your mom to kick him out of the house sounds reasonable, but not really logical. Confrences might not work. My only advice is to find a way to get rid of him that does not involve violence.
so just take some pics of him using his drugs, send it to the police and watch them take him away.
There are so many things you can do right now. I would just hold him down and tie up his arms and legs for a while and laugh at him and mabe spit in his face then go steal my stuff back, but...
You could always just give him a good punch to the face. When the little kid next door was throwing dirt at my house I went outside and punched him. I didn't get in trouble.

Sounds like your bro is troublesome. What happened in his past or is going on right that might effect him like that. By what you wrote you don't sound to be like him. Yet his your brother and does bad stuff to you? You should tell him that he does not have a noter brother and if he is( which I'm sure he will be ) ever in a poopty situation you can help him. Tell that once his old enought your mom won't stand up for this no more. :/ I know a family of 5 and the 2 oldest sons are troublesome but the mom kicked them out the house and they back as new people. Maybe your brother just need to see how his life would be withouth you and your mom.
Just video tape him taking weed and give it to the police.

Dang your brother is really out of his mind. First off, cut off his allowance. For being a poop like that, he should be earning his own money. If that doesn't cut it, make him make rent or else kick him out.
Tell the police, or get him high and make him do something stupid enough to get arrested.
