I love this series. I just started reading it. I'm on book #4. I really hope they decide to make a movie.

Book #4 is actually what led me to stop reading them, because the way King chooses to tell Roland's past is a bit...eh, boring, for lack of better words. Personally, I think the information is overwhelming. Roland's character works better when you don't know much about him.

It would have worked better peice by peice over the series. I agree.

It is a really good series, iv only read the 1st 2 books tho, cant find the other ones....still unique!

I'm on book 5. I love the series, but 5 is a little meh. I'm going all the way to the end though. I wonder who the Crimson King is ???
