Title: Getting older Games
Post by: HTA! on February 06, 2008, 03:34:25 PM
I am very interested in getting Golden Sun and i was wondering if there was an easy way of obtaining a copy besides Ebay.
I am gonna check my local EB but i am almost sure it won't be there since the store might not have even been there for 7 years and obviously the game is so old all copies are gone but one can hope.

I found a copy of lost age on Ebay for a dollar.
Which one comes first in the series?

Unfortunately, eBay is your best bet.  It's pretty tough to find Golden Sun now.

Don't let that stop you, though.  Get it by any means necessary.

That's pretty good, if there's no catch.

The Lost Age is the second.  You have to play the first game before it.  It's a direct continuation.

Its probably broken.
But other copies are seldom over 4 dollars so its not a huge problem.

Even though it comes second, I recommend getting it now. If you get the first one and wait to beat it, someone else might buy it first. $1 is a great deal. If you don't get it ASAP, you'll regret it. If you buy it, just let it sit around until you beat the first one.

The two GameStops near me both have at least one copy of each game I think..

If you can't find it locally like I can, eBay is the second easiest way.

Craigslist or Amazon might work.

I saw 4 copies of Golden Sun and 3 copies of the sequel at my GameStop earlier.  Thought I'd take a look; your thread made me curious about whether I'd see any or not and there the were.  I think they were about $8 each.

I tried Ebay, but the prices always shoot up at the last minute.
