I sure hope that this game lives up to all the hype that it is generating. If Nintendo made me wait forever for a game that turns out to be not so good, then I will be mad.

my expectations are a near perfect game (near perfect due to glitches you know there will be in there but what's a game without glitches?)

Just go to gamefaqs. People say that if you a competitive gamer and only play on FD with no items, you can't tell the difference between Melee and Brawl... But doesn't taking out Wavedashing and L-Canceling make a difference? Not that you should ever listen to those kind of people...

I've seen mixed reviews. About half of them get 10/10's, but the other half got 5/10's or less. Of course, I have only but the highest expectations, but I hope it will be a 10/10.

On topic, I never trust reviews from Nintendo Power. Try as they may, they always seem to show some bias in their reviews.
Example: They gave FE10 a good rating overall... and didn't even do a section on it in their magazine outside of the previews.

yea. Smash is probably the fighting game LEAST like a button masher, and although all his reasons are gripes, they don't it's going to suck.

And how the hell can you say that Microsoft sucks? I mean the 360 is just amazing with all the great games it has in it's library. For example, Halo 3, Gears of War, Crackdown, Viva Pinata, Dead Rising, Devil May Cry 4, Bioshock, Call of Duty 4. What does the Wii have that's as epic as those games? Zelda, Super Mario Galaxy, and Smash Bros.
I own all three consoles and the 360 has to be the best gameplay wise. The Wii comes in a close second though. The Playstation 3 is just a huge pile of crap. It has only like 4 games that are good.

I own all three consoles and the 360 has to be the best gameplay wise. The Wii comes in a close second though. The Playstation 3 is just a huge pile of crap. It has only like 4 games that are good.
You're forgeting about Corruption, the Mario Kart coming out soon and also Resident Evil.
Resident Evil isn't exclusive for Nintendo except for Resident Evil 0. That wasn't even that great.

As for reviews by REAL people, Gamespot is filled with biased anti-Wii idiots (never trust a site that rates Twilight Princess below a 9/10) and Nintendo Power over rates a lot of stuff (for example, Shadow the Hedgehog got terrible reviews on basically every site, magazine, and X-Play, but NP gave it an 8.5/10!). I personally only trust X-Play and IGN, cause they like Nintendo without giving it good reviews just cause it's Nintendo.

The series needs a RE4 style reboot.
They took one step forward with WW and two steps back with TP.
A nice game with Sonic, PT, Bowser, and Lucario....with wi-fi!
