And rename Power On to Power Off.

Makes much more sense, since this is the off-topic board.

No, because it's been okay but, it would make us more set apart from oldsider which is good and bad. Also what would u change it to "The Ninfo"

Copying something and changing it a little like Power Off... we should just avoid something like that. It should either be Power On or something completely different from that. We're not discussing changing Power On yet anyways, though.

"The Roost" sounds like it's from something bird-related. Maybe cuccoscratch or something. Not for us.

Why would you NOT keep the name the same.  Everything else here is reminiscent  of the old forum, so changing your name wouldn't really do anything because EVERYTHING else if almost a carbon copy of the original.

I read the post.  I'm saying that you shouldn't change the name if you don't plan on renaming boards, redoing the entire rank system and changing away from the oldsider smilies.

It's only for SIT to follow. It's a private board so anybody who isn't SIT won't be able to see it.
I actually created the thread he linked to.

As long as "The CATEGORY!" is not one of the names, rename the Nintendo Power section.

I doubt that would be a very good idea...

I should think that name would be used to attract old Nsider members, we even use oldsider post counts.

No. I like how it is.

I say leave it.  That is one thing I don't want to change, as it sort of brings back some of my favorite memories.

Oh, well, if it does change, at least I still have the Metroid board stay with the same name for some reminiscennce too, if there's some magical (magical in a bad way...) change in lead.

That is for Power On's and this whole forum's name. The section doesn't need to be the same.

You all are aware what a category is, correct? No boards, just the name they fall under.

Like, Smash Bros falls under Discussion.

Also, Red, Metroid board may be condensed, so I wouldn't worry about that.

We could always change it for a week or a few weeks, and then if enough people want it to go back to being called "Nintendo Power", then y'all can just change it back to "Nintendo Power".
