I was spoiled :( I would change toon link's into something like waving the deku leaf, blowing a huge gust of wind over the entire stage that pushes everyone really far in the direction he's facing when he uses it, but he is unaffected.
I think the only thing i dont know is the subspace emissary. and its gonna stay that way....and instead of Jigglys FS being BigglyBuff, it shouldve been her on a stage making everyone sleep, draw on their faces with exploding sharpie. that would pwn

Anyway, i was spoiled, and im in a high temper over Hector....
For a final smash, I would change
[spoiler]Toon Link: Wind Waker tornado.
He would pull out the wind waker, causing heavy gusts of wind to send opponents flying while doing damage.
Then, he would make a cyclone appear on stage, dealing massive damage (=p) and finally collapsing
sending enemies flying in all directions. [/spoiler]
I would change Peach's Final Smash by adding the Heart Guard effect from Mario Kart Double Dash!! Peach could take 3 hits. Once she takes three hits, she will begin to emanate a pink aura that deals three times the damage of the absorbed attacks for 10 seconds.

I would change Meta-Knights because....well....it kind of sucks. I don't mean sucks power-wise, but range. Your opponent has to be DIRECTLY in front of you for them to get trapped in the FS, and that sucks. It would have been more effective if it affected the whole field.
But other than that, Meta-Knight owns.

I bet that Jiggley Puffs FS is used to keep people from recovering. Like you get close to an edge use it and they can't get bck up. They wouldn't even be able to grab the edge.
