its been finished for at least a month. They are just using this time to make enough copies.

Oh. Maybe, but I somehow doubt it. They have to translate the 600+ trophies and even more stickers, SSE and the three paragraphs PT says. They have to find different voice actors, for the characters, and assist trophies. All the options, etc.

It was probably finished by Feb 10th, they must have just needed to work out the marketing more.
I'm thinking that they either needed more time to make copies or just to translate more information. Why else would it take this long?
they're probably just ironing out some bugs, you don't want an imperfect game do you?
