Is Falco still a clone?

I would go with semi-clone, but he is more of a clone than Luigi.
He has the Landmaster, so Yes.
His B moves are pretty much the same, and his FS is almost exactly the same, so he's a clone. Different A moves and the ability to glide (look at top-right picture under his first picture) doesn't exclude him from being called a clone.
well of course he is
with a few minor differences like the flying landmaster
Semi-clone....
sure, SOME moves are different, but until he has different specials/FS he will still be at least somewhat a clone

he's a semi clone but he's not nearly the same as fox as he was in melee. it's so cool how he can glide now
