Wow, I just noticed this game has ALOT of galaxies
My favorite was Toy Box, its music was awesome, and the missions where you had to destroy the toy bowser and collect the silver stars from the giant mario where awesome.
Deep Dark, Dreadnought, The Beach ones, Ghostly, Toy Time, Freezeflame...all of them. :P I like deep dark the most.
Battlerock! I just really liked this galaxy im not sure why ;)
I liked the Beach Bowl galaxy. I don't really know why... It's just appealing.

I hated the stars, but ice scating on water/lava/ice was very fun.
