Head into the room in the center *The big pillar thats in the middle of the place* There should be a triforce symbol where you can raise the water above the door you entered (You use the hookshot* raise it but then jump down back to the door you entered from, a box should raise after you raise the water revealing a underwater room.

(Sorry if i dident explain it that well  ;))

Very well put. That whole Temple is hard to explain a walkthrough for.

Oh crap, not this again. I hate the water temple more than anything. Any walkthrough without a map for this temple is almost pointless.

The best way through the Water Temple is to start by finding Ruto and following her upwards so that you get the dungeon map, and then working your way clockwise around all the rooms on the bottom level, picking up all the Small Keys that you can. After you've exhausted all possible options, you move up to the middle tier, and rinse and repeat.

The two exceptions to this rule are the key hidden under the block inside the central pillar room after you raise the water to mid-level, and the one at mid-level where you need to hit the eye with the arrow, and then Longshot over before the gate crashes again.

You'll have used all (?) [might have one left over] of your keys by the time you reach Dark Link's room, except for that one that you need the Longshot to get.

Other than that, it's really impossible to be more specific without a mapped walkthrough.

And stop bumping threads.
