We technically aren't alowed to talk about ROMS.

Playstation games are usually bigger than N64 games.

When did we apply that rule?

When i first joined, we could, and I have heard no mention of making that rule.

I'm confuzzled. ????

But, back on topic, WOULD it be able to go full speed, despite being bigger files?

We're not owned by Nintendo, so we can talk about whatever we please.

that's where you're wrong.  If nintendo goes around and finds talk about ROMS and where to get them, it doesn't matter if you're under their jurisdiction or not, they can shut the place down.

Do not talk about ROMS.  talk about roms & where to get them can get this site shut down very very easily.  Talk about Emulators, however, isn't an issue.

which is one way that we can use to raid NS2 with.

Emulator discussion is fine.
Once you begin discussing ROMs, that's when it becomes a problem.

Emulator is what plays the roms and the rom is the game itself.

What about ROMulators?
