Personally my favorites were Luigi's introduction where you have all the Waddle Dees and then King DeDeDe comes along and then Wario a few moments later... and the other being Peach and Mr. Game & Watch interacting. :)
yeah luigis was the funniest so far
but the most epic was when zero suit got her suit or the final galaxy fight

I don't have the game personally, so the ones I know are just by Youtube videos etc. But from the ones I've seen, I like the cutscene when Ness sacrifices himself for Lucas. Pretty epic, right there.
I like the one where Ganondorf and Bowser are on that big ship thing and it gets destroyed.
The one with Peach and Mr. Game and Watch.
And the tea one :P
I'm not too far, but the one where Fox keeps on trying to go somewhere, and keeps a totally straight face, and Diddy keeps on pulling him away. :P

The tea scene, the one where DeDeDe jacks wario's ride, when Wario freaks out and picks his nose, and when ROB was revealed (that was dramatic)
I like the one with the Halberd and the Subspace ship, then the Halberd gets shot in the middle and all the little ships come out, and Kirby is like, "ROFLMAO KAR ROCKS" and destroys the Subspace ship, and then you see Captain Olimar's ship. That made me laugh.
I also like when Bowser is revived by D3, and then challenges him. After you beat him down, Bowser tries again and D3 smacks him..quite amusing.
Four words. TEA TIME WITH FOX
Lucario finds Snake,Tea Time and the Two Captains. Capt. Falcon pwns a giant R.O.B and kills the rest of Olimars pikmin for effect, that made me lulz. Oh, and when Falco shows off by destroying Bowsers "Super-Trophy-Turner-Into-3000" and when Diddy Kong has to drag Fox, then the same thing happens to Falco.
Anything with the Ancient Minister.
