This retarded message comes up every single time I turn on my computer. It keeps trying to install itself but then it says insert a CD. NO FUCKING CD CAME WITH MY COMPUTER.

I close it and it comes back about 10 times.

It's likely spyware, or a program that's broken somehow.
Go to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, and look for Sonic CD burner or something like that, and uninstall it. The messages should stop.
