I'm trying to trophificate each one. I already have:

Petey Piranha
Rayquaza

Petey -- Midair Stadium
Ridley -- second level of the Research Facility (at end of level)
Meta Ridley --second level of Subspace Bomb Factory (at end of level)
Porky -- The Ruined Zoo
Galleom -- Ruined Hall and one other one that I forget, but you only need to do it once.
Duon -- Battleship Halberd Bridge
Raquaza -- I forget, but you already have it
Tabuu -- Great Maze

Also, to save you a LOT of time, wait until Ridley and Meta Ridley (and to a lesser extent Tabuu) are ABOVE the stage before you trophicate them. Otherwise, they'll fall off the edge, and you'll have to start the whole level over again.
