I thought Walmart didn't give health care....

Or any type of benefits at all other than a store discount. :|

Though Wal-Mart executives are heartless bastards who will do anything for money, they have a right to seek reimbursement for the money if they actually had to pay for any of her medical costs through insurance. Now, the husband is claiming that not all these expenses were paid. This is ultimately the crux of the argument here.

Oh, I'm sure they get these things...once they move up to management level. There's also some chance that they'll get benefits if they work full-time.
