He is the main antagonist from KH1. That isn't his real name though.

Obviously, they know about it. Square Enix and Disney probably had to approve everything. Besides, it's obvious that she wrote the "I need more affection than you know," "I need true emotions," and "So many ups and downs" portions backwards on purpose. The lyrics are meant to sort of be a parallel with the game. I'm guessing "I need true emotions" is meant to be a reference to the Nobodies and Organization XIII.
As to Ansem, he is the main villain of the original KH1, though he's an imposter. Most likely, the words backwards sound like something but, other than the parts intentionally backwards, are probably just complete coincidence.
