As Ice Climbers do the following.
Grab
Down throw
During the throw, hit over B to activate squall hammer with nana.
As the enemy is caught in the spin, use Popo to run over and grab again.
Repeat process once or twice depending on the weight of the character.
To finish, Grab and use a normal throw or a throw combined with a smash.
It can easily rack up 50+ damage without the enemy getting a chance to recover.
