No. It's not really necessary (As Commissar Torgo stated.), and it would be a waste of time since the game is already out.

Honestly, I don't get why it wasn't included in the game.

It would have been an awesome fight scene.  ;D

I assume Sakurai wanted the scene between Mario and Kirby to be the first one. The Dedede & Meta Knight fight would obviously come before that one.
