Wow. Simply wow. That was one of the things from the Japanese version of Snapshot Collection. When the American Dojo says that "Pictures of certain characters undergarments blah blah blah". So, is Japan more Perverted than America or something?
As a rule of thumb, Americans are more tolerant towards violence, and the Japanese are more tolerant of sex.
