Title: How the hell can a video de-buffer?

It keeps buffering and it keeps going from like 60% to 14%. :|

Buffering is just loading a small part t prevent the video from lagging due to it downloading.

If it keeps doing that... then... you needs better interwebs.

Its because programs like to mess with you so grab a hammar and break your Comp!
