Question:
Would you push it?
Option 1: Yes

Option 2: No
votes: 15
So. I place this button in front of you. If you were to push it, I will give you 10,000 dollars, but one person in the world dies. It can be anyone, but is done totally at random. You will not be told who you killed as well. Now, would you kill for the money?
Remember it is at random, you are risking killing yourself, your loved ones, or someone who is truly innocent of anything. Such as a newborn, a young girl, or maybe the man who onces cures Cancer. So ask yourself...would you push the button?
Just want to get answers from differnt forums, and see where priorities of the members are. So you might have seen this more then once today. Just so you know.

Was wondering about that.
/me copy/pastes
I'd probably end up pressing it out of bordeom despite the consequence. I can't really lose anyone as I don't care for anyone else besides my close family, and that's <10 people out of nearly 8billion.
I would.
Not wort it.
I would probably think about it and then press it.
And then I would feel guilty about it. :robotsad:
On second thought, I probably wouldn't press it.
I'd press it, I probably feel bad for a while, but later on I wouldn't care.
My past experiences on /b/ pretty much told me not to give a intercourse who dies and press it anyway. It probably won't be anyone who I know anyway. The world's a big place, right?
If the whole world pressed it... who would be left? Anyways I wouldn't press it, one life can make even the most and almost worthless difference.
I'd press it in halfway, and get the money. Then I'd go out and kill someone of my choice.
A life worth living is a life worth saving; not a chance in hell.
The risk of killing someone I care about is too much for me.
No, I wouldn't press it.
I would not press it.
I am not a murderer, even if it's a person I don't even know.
*Pushes button* *repeats process to get more money*

o_O; LOL
Um, haha.. oh man.. uh.. as for me.. no.. I don't have the heart to do something like that.
I'm not that greedy or cold.
NO WAY, what if I kill Shigeru Miyamoto by accident? Good bye Mario.

No more Mario Tennis, Mario Parties, and other Mario spinoffs.
Oh no, whatever will we do?
Nah, not for only $10,000.
For something better like telekinesis or levitation or immortality? Heck yeah

Immortality means you can never have a wife friends and kids. There was a Twighlight zone about it.
No. I demand more money than just $10,000.
If it was like.. more than $200,000, then I'd press the button.
Then I'd go shopping!!
I've done it for less.
Yus. I would.
10,000 dollars isn't worth a life, no matter how much you could dislike a person.
The money would never fill that feeling in you that you killed an innocent person just for some quick money. Something like that would haunt me until I die. So, there's no way i would ever want to do that.
Sorry. But I'm gonna have to answer no to that. I, for one, don't like seeing other people having pain inflicted on them, (Getting beat down by others, killed by others, etc.) even if they were a total stranger. But the thought of trying to kill someone for money is just plain rediculous. I don't mind seeing it on TV or movies, but when it comes to reality, I don't like the idea of it one bit. Also, it's a crime to kill another even if you didn't do it w/your bear hands, no matter how you look it, that murder will be on you for the rest of your life. You can bet on that.
No.
I'd just buy a phoenix down and then press it.
I'd press it, then with the 10,000 dollars, I'd fund some sort of science society that is figuring out how to bring people back to life, but I'd keep 500-1000$ of it, then just keep that.

How they figured out how to kill random people with a button is a feat in itself.
I'd push it, the chance of it killing someone I care about is slim to none

sssssssshhhhhhhhhhhhh
If im not going to be told who I don't care.
NO way!
I'd press it no problem
As tempting as the offer is, no. An innocent life for money isn't a good deal.
I'd sooo press that button. I don't care for many people.
*counts*
Let's see. That's about... 10 in total. Out of the 80 million in the world. I doubt it would be anyone I know or care about.
