honestly they messed up luigi alot but not as much as mario i think mario got messed up the most because his cape is bye bye and his final attack is bad so yeah thats my answer but they messed up fox and luigi too
Mario didn't lose his cape, it's still there. And his Final Smash isn't bad at all (If you know how to use it).

It hardly does that, seeing as it slopes downwards, easy to dodge, etc. it has to be the most useless move ever.

Yeah, FLUDD was good in SMS, but horrible in Brawl.
Ganon isnt all bad.
Not even in the slightest.
Mario is fine, FLUDD is useless but Mario is still decent.
The Flud isn't that big of a deal. Ganon on the other hand isn't crappy. He's not as good as he was in melee but he can still own in the heat of battle. The two things I have to complain about with Ganon is his most wanted moveset that never came true. No sword. :( And also his running makes him look like an idiot. They could have made him run more like a ninja with just his arms back a little bit. Brawl makes him look like a joke.
