OK, so I was taking my dog down for a walk. Behind me, there's this person. Long blonde hair, wearing all blue. Coming towards me. I don't think anything of it. They get closer, they look like their limping. I'm a little suspicious, but keep moving. They get a little bit closer, they're swaying back and fourth. Like they're drunk! So I speed up a little bit. They're in the middle of the road now, in an intersection. A car stops and asks "Hey, are you ok!?" It looks like they nod their head no. Then they sit in the middle of the road! They talk, then they drive away. The person then gets up and walks towards me again. So I keep going, faster. Then spazz out and run! I get to my house, close the garage door and lock the side door. Probably a bit too much, but it is creepy! And now i'm posting this.
...now that I think about it, probably should unlock the door. My bro will be home soon. :P

Alright, fine. In all seriousness, grab a knife or anything that you can use as a weapon, just in case. Even if he's not near your house, that's what I'd do.
Maybe they're your long lost relative or maybe you should find a knife and call the cops.

Even better yet, get a gun ready, man! That way if they're coming up threateningly with a knife, you have the advanage of RANGE. The gun MIGHT be enough to get them to run, unless they're drunk enough to be crazy.

Freaky. I walked my dog today after school, and I had to pass a former molester's house @_@. They live a couple houses away from me, so I pass them when I get home from school, when I take my dog out, and hell, I even see that house when I'm walking to a friends or driving a car etc.
What I do is grab a loose wooden thingy that holds the railing up, take it out, and carry it around. It's light enough that it's super easy to swing, but sharp and hard enough at the end to be easy to knock someone out with. That's what I did that time I left my garage door open after being gone for an hour accidentally :P.
Have a phone in hand, get at least two weapons, one for close combat if he attacks you, and get a throwing weapon or a projectlie thing like a gun, rock, bow and arrow, or something. Then...wait.
